Exchange rates and refunds
For international orders, the bank that issued your credit or debit card determines the exchange rate applied to your payment.
If a refund is approved, the amount from the original Pwigs Hair invoice is returned through the original payment method. Because exchange rates can change, Pwigs Hair cannot be responsible for differences caused by currency fluctuations.
Secure payment processing
Online transactions are processed through PayPal, a secure third-party payment service. Depending on the checkout flow available for your order, you may be able to pay with a card through PayPal without having a PayPal account.
Pwigs Hair does not keep credit-card information on record. Payment information remains private to the cardholder and is handled through the secured payment processor during checkout.
