How many bundles do I need for a full head?

Shorter styles may need two to three bundles; longer styles may need three to four. If you are unsure, contact our team before ordering.

What are the advantages of a 13×6 lace frontal wig?

The six-inch lace area gives you more room to part the wig as you like. Our 13×6 lace wigs use a 3D lace frontal design intended to fit comfortably and support a natural-looking style.

What are the characteristics of HD lace?

HD lace is light and thin, with transparent Swiss lace and less visible knots. It is designed to blend naturally across a range of skin tones.

How is wig length measured?

Pwigs Hair measures length from the back of the head to the bottom of the hair. Curly hair should be gently stretched straight for measurement. Always check the product description for the specific item.

Will the hair hold curls well?

Yes. For longer-lasting curls:

1. Start with a lower temperature and increase it gradually while testing a small section.
2. Hold the wand or curler on the hair for around 8–10 seconds at the appropriate temperature.
3. Use a light hairspray if you want the curl pattern to last through the day.

How should I wash a virgin-hair wig?

If you wear your wig every day, wash it once a week. Otherwise, wash it after every eight to ten uses.

1. Comb through the hair to remove tangles, then turn the wig inside out.
2. Place it in 35–40°C water with shampoo and stir gently.
3. Press the hair gently for 10–15 minutes. Do not rub it with your hands.
4. Rinse thoroughly, prepare conditioner in clean water, and leave the wig in it for 10–15 minutes.
5. Rinse again and use a towel to absorb excess water.
6. Turn the wig right side out. Use a wide-tooth comb for straight hair, or gently shake and finger-comb wavy hair.
7. Place the wig on a stand and let it air-dry. Avoid leaving it under strong sunlight for a long time.

Care note: do not use products that contain sulfur.

Can I color Pwigs hair?

Yes, Pwigs hair collections can be colored. We strongly recommend working with a professional colorist to achieve the best result and avoid overprocessing.

How can I pay for my order?

Can I pay through PayPal with a credit card?

Yes. Select the PayPal option and choose the card-payment option when PayPal presents the available payment methods.

Why do I see a different price on the website?

How long does order dispatch take?

Available shipping methods and the current delivery estimate appear at checkout based on destination and package weight. Is the delivery time guaranteed?

No. Delivery estimates can be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, incorrect addresses, and carrier delays. Please use the estimate shown at checkout as a guide.

Are there hidden charges?

Product and shipping amounts are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, customs duties, taxes, or other local charges may be collected separately by the carrier or government and are not included in the shipping fee.
